Application for Admission

If you are a young woman between the ages of 16 and 28 and you are serious about receiving help you are welcome to begin the application process.

Please note: this application applies to UK and European residents only. If you live outside this area and would like to apply to Mercy Ministries, please contact the Mercy Ministries office.

If you would like to apply please enter your details in the boxes below and an e-mail version of the Mercy Ministries Application Form will be forwarded to your email address. 

The application form will need to be printed out, completed by yourself (the young woman applying to the program) and posted back to Mercy Ministries. If your computer does not have the ability to open or print the document, please call our office on +44 (0) 1535 642 042 and an application form can be posted to you.

When your application form has been completed and posted please contact Mercy Ministries to proceed to the next step of your application.
