Mug4Mercy

Mug for Mercy is an initiative that has been running each springtime in partnership with Gloria Jeans Coffee. We would love for you to get your church, youth group, family or friends involved. Meet up for coffee whilst raising money for a great cause by asking a donation from everyone you invite. Perhaps enhance your event by showing one of our promotional DVDs, organising a  prize raffle or a silent auction.

It’s very simple to organise, book the date in your diary, source a venue (you own living room is perfect!) and we will help you do the rest!

We will provide you with posters to advertise your event, invitations to invite your guests and coffee, tea and hot chocolate courtesy of Gloria Jeans Coffees for your guests to enjoy. We will also provide you with the information you need on Mercy Ministries UK to hand out to your guests.

If meeting for coffee does not suit you, why not consider a dinner party or a lunch to invite guests to instead?

MPowerEvery single day, young women all over the UK are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, self-harm, depression and the effects of abuse in all its forms.  These women are in our communities, in our churches, in our youth groups, and in our families.

We have developed our MPower training events to educate, equip, empower, and encourage church leaders in order to maximise the church’s response to the broken and vulnerable.

Sign up for our next MPower Training Event on the 29th of March or the 12th of April 2008 . Click on the logo to find out more!
