How do I become a monthly supporter?

You can become a regular supporter of Mercy Ministries by visiting the regular giving page on this website or by calling our office and speaking to one of our team on 01535 642042.

What is the difference between a one off donation and becoming a monthly supporter?

A one off donation is a single gift given to Mercy Ministries at any time during the year.  Becoming a monthly supporter allows you to commit to a regular payment by Standing Order.  Regular giving helps us to accurately predict our monthly income and plan our budget accordingly.

How much should I donate?

You are able to donate as much or as little as you would like. Every contribution helps and we are most grateful for whatever you are able to contribute to help desperate young women who are not in a position to help themselves.

Who do I need to contact if I want to change the donations I make on the web/with a credit card?

Please contact our office and we will update the changes to your donation and send you an e-mail to confirm the requested changes.

Can I nominate the specific Mercy Ministries home I would like to support?

Mercy Ministries has a residential fund that supports our current home. Monthly supporters of Mercy Ministries support this fund and as such are directly supporting young women who are living in the UK Mercy Ministries home.

It is possible to have large donations allocated to Capital projects such as a new home in a particular location, however, if you are thinking about supporting and there is something specific that you would like to fund please call our office and speak to one of our team for further information.

What if I cannot make my sponsorship payments?

Should you be unable to temporarily or permanently make the regular giving payments, please contact us as soon as possible to explore available options.

How do I update my payment details or change payment method?

If you wish to change your payment method to:
Credit card or update your credit card details, or if you wish to update your current Standing Order arrangements please contact our team at the Mercy Ministries office and we will update your payment details for you.
