Programme overview
At Mercy Ministries UK we operate unique Christian residential facilities free-of-charge. Our residential discipleship programme, Choices that Bring Change, is designed to address the whole person: spiritual, physical and emotional. We adhere to our core values of passion for God, passion for people and passion for excellence. Our programme is free-of-charge and lasts approximately six months. Services include individualised sessions on a 1:1 basis, biblical teaching, fitness instruction, nutrition education and life-skills training. Our goal is to have each young woman not only complete the programme, but be equipped and empowered with tools that enable her to discover the purpose for her life and bring value to her community as a productive citizen.
Our programme includes after care and support through our Partner Church Network in order to prepare each young woman for success in society. MMUK also provides opportunities for our graduates to share their stories of transformation with youth groups, school groups, churches, Sunday schools and many others.
Who does our programme help?
Young women - ages 18 to 28 - who have a strong desire to change and who specifically seek our care for a variety of life controlling issues and hurts.
The applicants are predominantly from Christian backgrounds and seek our help because of our faith-based approach. Click here to see our Statement of Faith.
Women below the age of 18 may apply to our programme but we are unable to offer a residential place until the age of 18.
Young women enter our programme facing life controlling issues such as:

• Eating disorders
• Self harm
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Suicide tendencies
• Unplanned pregnancy
• Drug & alcohol abuse
• Effects of sexual, physical and emotional abuse
• Or any other issue that is controlling a young woman's life.
